Designations

Use this function to categorize users.

In the main window, click the gear icon and select Organizational Details > Designations.

The Designations window displays.

To create a new designation:

1. Click New Designations. The New Designation window displays.
2. Enter a Name and Description. The Name field is required.
3. Click Add.

To edit an existing designation:

1. Click a record in the list. The Details tab displays.
2. Modify the Name and/or Description.
3. View, add, or modify any of the following:
Tasks
Comments
Attachments
4. When all selections/entries are made, click Save.

To delete an existing designation:

1. Highlight the designation to delete. The Details tab displays.
2. Click Delete.
